ANURADHA DEB

MSc, B Ed, MA, PW Dipl, PM (ISABS) & IFC-accredited coach

Mumbai-based psychotherapist and life coach Anuradha Deb founded Process Work Institute of India in 1996 with the vision to reinvent leadership development and the approach to mental health in India.

 

With three decades of mentorship experience behind her, Anuradha has worked extensively on gender diversity and inclusion. Her current work focuses on mentoring women entrepreneurs.

 

Anuradha is a professional member of Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences.

ALEXANDR PEIKRISHVILI

Alexandr offers personal and professional development opportunities using process-oriented psychology training, facilitation, supervision and therapy. He is a member of the faculty at PWI-Portland, Oregon; Moscow, Russia; Mumbai, India; and is on the board of International Association of Process Oriented Psychotherapists (IAPOP).

GRZEGORZ ZIELINSKI

Psychotherapist, Coach

Grzegorz is a certified Processwork psychotherapist and a certified Processwork coach. He is a faculty member of PWII, ANZPOP (Australia and New Zealand Process Oriented Psychology), and PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia). He is also a faculty member in the Institute of Process Psychology, Poland. Grzegorz is a graduate of the University of Warsaw with a Masters in Sociology, specialising in therapy and conflict resolution. Prior to moving to Australia, he was a teacher of the two-year Certificate in Process Work Psychotherapy in Wroclaw, Poland. From 2003 to 2015 he worked at the Poza Centrum Psychotherapy and Coaching Centre in Warsaw, Poland. In October 2015 he moved to Melbourne and joined the Melbourne Process work Centre. During his practice, Grzegorz co-created programs for personal growth and for organizations: “Psychology of Career”, “Relationships” and “Feedback”.

LIZ SCARFE

Dipl. PW, Bch Sc (Hons), Dipl. Management, Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment, Adv Cert Group Facilitation

Liz works as a psychotherapist, specialising in trauma from a post-traumatic growth perspective, at Cultivating Confidence, as well as a Process Oriented Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer. She is a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, and the International Association of Process Oriented Psychology; is a faculty member of Australia New Zealand Process Oriented Psychology; and founder of the Melbourne Process Work Centre. Prior to discovering Process Work, Liz was engaged in nonviolent peace building, adult education, community development, human resource management, quality and risk management, and local government.

VASSILIKI KATRIVANOU

Dipl. PW, MA PW, MA Conflict Resolution, BA International Studies

Vassiliki is a psychotherapist, coach, and conflict resolution trainer. Her work experience in psychology, conflict resolution, and politics give her the insight to deal with complexity, crisis situations, relationship conflicts, and groups.

​

She has been a member of the Greek Parliament, and a member of the Parliamentary Committee of The Council of Europe with a focus on human rights and diversity. Prior to that, she has been a therapist, trainer, and facilitator of Process Oriented Psychology and Conflict Resolution. Almost a decade ago, she has co-directed a documentary exploring the role of women in building a more inclusive and respectful Cyprus – Women of Cyprus 
 
Currently, Vassiliki works for the Greek Ministry of Education in collaboration with UNICEF for the integration of refugee children in the Greek public schools.
